How do I sign in?
You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time link sent to your email. Choose whichever you prefer on the sign-in screen โ no password to remember.
What is the daily quiz and how do points work?
Each day you can answer one Islamic-knowledge question to earn points. Points accumulate on your account and can be redeemed as a discount when you book a Haraka Tours trip โ our team applies them when reviewing your registration.
Why can't I see my trip programme?
The day-by-day programme, welcome pack, rooming and announcements unlock once our staff confirm your place on a tour. If you've paid and still can't see them, message us in the app or email support@haraka-tours.com.
Delete your account & data
You can request deletion of your Haraka Tours account and all associated personal data at any time. You do not need the app installed to make the request.
- In the app: Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate.
- By email (no app needed): send a request to admin@haraka-tours.com (or support@haraka-tours.com) from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We action requests within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.
What is deleted: your profile (name, email, phone, date of birth), trip-registration details, passport and profile photographs, messages, quiz activity, push notification tokens, and content you posted.
What is retained: anonymised booking/accounting records (trip, amount, date — with your name and email removed), kept to meet UK tax-law record obligations, and rolling database backups, which expire within 7 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Deleting specific data without closing your account: you can remove saved travellers (including their passport and photo images) and content you posted directly in the app, or email us at the address above to request deletion of any specific data — for example an uploaded photograph or a message — while keeping your account open.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Haraka Tours in your device Settings, and that they're turned on in the app under Settings โ Notifications.
